“Next Day Or You Don’t Pay” Guarantee
1. What you have to do:
1.1. Place your order for items shown on the website as in stock before 2:00 PM Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) for next working day delivery. Orders received on Fridays will be guaranteed for the next working day delivery. Please note that although we can normally successfully dispatch orders placed up to 3:00 PM for next day delivery we can not guarantee them unless we receive the order before 2:00 PM.
1.2. Pay for the goods with a valid payment method (rejected or unauthorised credit card, debit card, Paypal or account transactions will not be guaranteed).
1.3. Supply us with an accurate delivery address when placing your order. If the courier cannot find your address because you entered it incorrectly we cannot guarantee it.
1.4. You or someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If no-one signs for it, we cannot guarantee it.
1.5. The delivery address must be in Mainland UK (excluding the Highlands).
2. What we will guarantee:
2.1. If you have complied with the requirement above we guarantee that you will receive your goods the next working day.
2.2. If you have ordered a mix of in stock and out of stock items we will part despatch the in stock items under the terms of the guarantee then send the remainder at a later date (you will be kept informed) at no extra charge but not under the terms of this guarantee.
3. What we will not guarantee:
3.1 Items ordered after 2:00 PM (but we will still do our best to send the items for the next working day).
3.2. Items ordered which are shown as not in stock on the website. In this case you will be kept informed of expected delivery dates and will be able to cancel all or any part of the order if you feel we cannot get them to you quick enough.
3.3. Any orders that require palletised delivery (such as heavy or large volume orders). If we feel that for reasonable reasons the order should be sent on a pallet (i.e. multiple heavy items or large quantities of items that would require multiple packages) we will contact you to discuss the delivery arrangements and may offer to send any urgent items ahead of the main consignment at no extra charge.
3.4. Situations completely out of our control such as (but not limited to) bad weather disruption, courier delivery failures, acts of God etc.
