Q. Do you charge for delivery?

A. Yes and No.

Standard delivery is a fixed delivery/packing charge of £6 (+VAT) per order for all UK Mainland orders.

However if, after adding your address to the checkout page, you are near to our shop (i.e. with one of the following post codes – BR, CR, DA, SE, RH, TN or ME) you will have the option to click and collect. This is a free service allowing you to order and pay for your item and then pop into our shop to pick up the part(s).

Q. When will I receive my items?

A. Quickly for items order that are in stock –

With delivery:

Orders placed before 14:00 are guaranteed for delivery on the working day following the day you placed your order.  For orders placed after 14:00 you will receive your goods within two working days.

With “Click and Collect”:

Orders placed before 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) can be picked up that day. For orders placed after 16:00 or out of working hours, you can collect your order from 09:00 the next working day.

Note – Please make sure the Card used for the payment AND the cardholder arrive to collect the goods as we will need to see the card AND get a signature as proof of purchase.. This is a rule of the Credit Card companies and we cannot make exceptions!

 

Q. Do I need to be a gas engineer to buy from you?

A. No, you do not need to be an engineer, anyone can buy from this site BUT only a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer should work on a gas appliance.

 

Q. Do I have to register to buy from this site?

A. NO. You do NOT need to register if you do not want to. Just fill in your details as requested on the checkout page and complete your purchase. However, you might want to register, see the next question below.

 

Q. Why should I register with this site?

A. If you register your details with this site you get a number of benefits –

When you return and login you do not need to enter your details again in the checkout.
The status of any orders placed can be checked so you can see what has happened to your order and when.
You automatically receive our fantastic newsletter (although you can opt-out if you want to miss out on news and offers from GasBoierParts.co.uk)
If you are a registered Gas Engineer and you enter your Gas Safe ID when you register you will immediately receive a trade discount on all items in this website.
You can use any special offers, money off coupons and loyalty vouchers (including the current free delivery offer).

A. At the top of every page (top right, below the login button) there is a link to register. Or click here to go straight to the page.

 

Q. How do I use this “free delivery” code I have?

A. You can use the code during the checkout process but you must register first, if you do not register then the code cannot be used.

 

Q. Can you help me find an engineer to fit my parts?

A. Yes and no. No we don’t have a list of recommended engineers but Yes we can point you in the right direction. Simply go to the Gas Safe Register website (click here) and enter you post code for a list of registered and qualified engineers
